The Fog-Breather exhales a thick cloud of fog in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on itself. The area is heavily obscured until the end of its next turn. Each creature in the area when it appears must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 14 (4d6) poison damage and be poisoned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
