Ash-Runner's Cloak

This dark, tattered cloak is made from fine ash-colored fabric. While wearing the Ash-Runner's Cloak, you gain a +1 bonus to Dexterity (Stealth) checks. Additionally, once per short rest, you can activate the cloak to become wreathed in billowing ash, causing you to become lightly obscured and providing advantage on Dexterity saving throws for 1 minute. During this time, you cannot be detected by creatures without blindsight. After the effect ends, the cloak can’t be used again until the next short rest.
