This small, vibrant pouch is fashioned from the skins of poisonous frogs. When you use it to prepare a dart (using a weapon attack with a dart), it can be dipped into the pouch to grant the dart a +1 bonus to attack rolls. On a successful hit, the target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take an additional 1d4 poison damage. However, after each use, the pouch emits a faint, lingering odor that attracts small insects in a 10-foot radius for 1 hour. This can result in unwelcome attention from creatures that feed on insects. Additionally, using the pouch too frequently causes the user's fingers to take on a slight greenish hue, granting disadvantage on Persuasion checks due to an off-putting appearance.
