This tattered cloak, made from the remnants of powerful beings vanquished by the Godskin Noble, enhances the wearer's defensive abilities against divine magic while instilling a sense of dread in those around them. When worn, it grants a +1 bonus to saving throws against spells and magical effects. However, the user becomes a target for celestial beings, who sense the lingering sorrow of the fallen beings woven into the fabric, and may attack or try to influence the wearer at inconvenient moments. Additionally, the cloak whispers haunting regrets in the voice of the deceased, potentially causing the wearer to suffer from disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws during combat when they hear a lamentation.
