Dragon's Artillery

This mechanical device resembles a small, intricately designed radar-like turret, forged from volcanic rock and imbued with draconic magic. When activated, it hovers in place and targets foes within 120 feet. On each of your turns, as an action, you can choose to command the artillery to fire a magical bolt of energy. The artillery will fire a number of bolts equal to your proficiency bonus, each dealing 2d10 fire damage on a hit. The bolts can target different creatures within range, or focus on a single target if preferred. The weapon does not require ammunition, but can be used a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1), and regains expended uses after a long rest. Additionally, once per long rest, the wielder can unleash a devastating barrage as an action, forcing all creatures in a 30-foot cone to make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to your spell save DC) or take 6d10 fire damage, halving damage on a successful save. It also grants a +1 bonus to ranged attack rolls made with it.
