Hollow Sun's Embrace

This shimmering cloak appears to be woven from threads of ember-orange and golden light, evoking the essence of the Avatar of the Hollow Sun. While wearing this cloak, you gain the following benefits:

   Radiant Aura: You emanate an aura of radiant heat in a 10-foot radius. Enemies that start their turn in this area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

   Desiccating Breath: Once per long rest, you can unleash a cone of scorching winds in a 30-foot cone. Creatures in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 6d6 fire damage and 6d6 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

   Flame of Reflection: When you are targeted by a spell that deals fire damage, you can use your reaction to absorb part of the energy. You gain temporary hit points equal to half the damage dealt by that spell. This ability can be used once per short or long rest.

   Fiery Resilience: You have resistance to fire damage and immunity to being blinded by bright light.
   

The cloak is bound to the elemental forces of the Hollow Sun, and it flickers with faint embers when danger approaches. Attuning to this item requires you to spend at least 1 hour meditating in sunlight, reflecting on the balance of destruction and nourishment.
