Siren's Thrall Talisman

This twisted talisman resembles an iridescent leech with tentacles curling around a dark crystal. While attuned, you gain the ability to cast the spell Hypnotic Pattern once per long rest without expending a spell slot. Additionally, once per short rest, you can use an action to target one creature within 60 feet, forcing them to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, you can implant a suggestion into their mind. The creature is charmed by you for 1 minute, or until you or your allies harm it. While charmed in this way, the creature is compelled to follow your commands as closely as possible but remains aware of its surroundings.
