Shadowbinder Cloak

This dark, tattered cloak seems to absorb light, making it appear like a moving shadow. While wearing the Shadowbinder Cloak, you gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in dim light or darkness. Additionally, as a bonus action, you can blend into the shadows, becoming heavily obscured until the start of your next turn. This effect can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses after a long rest.
