Keeper's Guardian Amulet

This pendant, made from a piece of greenish glass resembling flowing water, grants its wearer the ability to communicate with water-based creatures. While wearing the amulet, you gain the ability to cast the spell Water Walk once per long rest. In addition, once per short rest, you can choose to gain resistance to cold damage for 1 hour. If you are submerged in water, you can use the amulet to sense any other creatures within 30 feet of you, provided they are also submerged. The amulet emanates a faint shimmering light when held in water, illuminating darkened areas.
