Lamenting Veil

A tattered veil made of translucent fabric that seems to wail softly when in motion. While wearing the Lamenting Veil, you gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened and resistance to necrotic damage. However, the veil's mournful whispers will occasionally draw the attention of nearby undead or creatures sensitive to magic, giving you disadvantage on stealth checks. Additionally, each time you use your advantage on a saving throw, you must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage as the veil siphons a fragment of your life essence.
