Gravitational Veil

This dark cloak made of shimmers of astral fabric and wisps of shadow is imbued with the essence of the Gravite Wraith. While wearing the Gravitational Veil, the user gains the following benefits:

• The wearer has resistance to necrotic damage.

• As a bonus action, the wearer can activate the veil to create a gravitational distortion in a 10-foot radius around them for 1 minute, making it difficult terrain for all creatures except the wearer. This effect can be used once per short or long rest.

• When a creature enters or starts its turn in the area of distortion, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier) or take 2d6 force damage and be pushed 10 feet away from the wearer.

• Once per long rest, the wearer can cast the spell Misty Step without expending a spell slot, momentarily distorting reality to avoid danger.

The cloak is dark and flowing, like shadows grasping at light, and small orbs of energy orbit around it, granting the user an eerie presence.
