Maw of the Mindflare

This grotesque, tentacled mask allows the wearer to tap into psychic energies to manipulate and control others. While wearing the Maw of the Mindflare, you gain the following benefits:

   Telepathic Communication: You can communicate telepathically with any creature within 60 feet of you, as long as they understand at least one language.
   


2. 
   
   Psychic Illusion: Once per day, you can cast the Major Image spell (save DC 15) without expending a spell slot. The illusion is treated as a psychic aura, causing anyone who fails their saving throw against it to experience an additional wave of mental disturbance, giving them disadvantage on their next attack roll or saving throw.
   


3. 
   
   Mind Domination: As an action, you can touch a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. That creature must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, you can use your action to issue a single command to the creature (to the best of its ability, it will obey). A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

   Eldritch Resistance: You have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.
