Keeper's Embrace

This dark, flowing robe seems to shimmer with phosphorescent hues reminiscent of the depths of a river. While wearing the Keeper's Embrace, you gain resistance to cold damage and can breathe underwater. Additionally, you can use a bonus action to transform the robe into a shimmering cloak of water, granting you advantage on Dexterity saving throws made to avoid being grappled, pushed, or otherwise moved against your will. Once per long rest, you can cast the spell 'Control Water' at its lowest level without expending a spell slot, using your spellcasting ability. The robe regains this ability after you complete a long rest.
