Abominable Flesh Graft

This twisted amulet is made from the preserved flesh of various undead creatures, pulsating faintly with dark magic. While wearing the Abominable Flesh Graft, you gain a +1 bonus to your Strength or Constitution score (your choice) and are resistant to necrotic damage. Additionally, when you reduce a living creature to 0 hit points, you can temporarily force their soul into the amulet, allowing you to recover 1d8 hit points. This ability can be used once per long rest. However, while wearing it, you have disadvantage on any checks made to interact with living creatures, as your presence instills a sense of dread.
