Overview: In a world where gods walk openly among mortals, faith shapes magic, politics, and daily life. Every thousand years the Confluence opens a window between planes, letting deities walk the Material Plane and grant boons to worthy mortals. This time the veil is cracking; voices from the divine are fractured, and a mysterious cabal, the Choir of Whispering Hosts, plans to fuse mortal and divine realms entirely.

Main Quest: The party must locate five Sigils of Faith scattered across diverse regions, reassemble the Aegis of the Five, and stop the Choir from completing a ritual at the Loom of Dawn. Each Sigil is tied to a location with its own trial and guardian. The journey tests faith, diplomacy, and tactical prowess as the players learn to wield divine power without being consumed by it.

Key Locations and Sigils: Sigil of Radiant Mercy in the Glass Reef Temple of Fernvale; Sigil of Deep Speech in the Echoing Halls beneath the Sea of Mirrors; Sigil of Ember Sorrow in the Crimson Vault atop Ember Isles; Sigil of Verdant Oath in the Emerald Conclave within Greenhold Jungle; Sigil of Eternal Vigil at the Ivory Spire in Mistwood.

Side Quest: A prophetic scribe pleads for aid, claiming a sleeping god wakes in dreams and is being corrupted. Investigating leads to a kidnapped envoy who carries a fragment of the Choir's plan, offering a chance to disrupt the ritual before it fully begins.

Central Events and Triggers: The Confluence causes divine avatars to become accessible, bestow boons, and alter common magic. If the party delays, temples crumble, cultists gain real magic, and rival factions jockey for divine favor. A celestial omen, a blood moon, or a fallen star can temporarily tilt outcomes toward chaos or order.

Hooks and Challenges: Dream messages from deities, political intrigue within temple cities, and rival adventuring bands hunting the same Sigils. The gods themselves may test the party with moral dilemmas, forcing choices between faith and freedom. Expect radiant to necrotic shifts, divine-resonant traps, and time-limited windows to recover Sigils.

Rewards and Endings: Completing the quest grants permanent divine boons, attunement to Sigil weapons and armor, and the ability to commune with a chosen deity. Players gain access to unique 5e spell lists and rare relics tied to each Sigil, plus lasting renown with favor from the pantheon or its rivals.
