Objectives

The adventurers are brought together by a shared goal: to stop the tyrannical reign of the Corporatocracy, a coalition of wealthy merchants and guilds that controls the city of Gearford. The Corporatocracy has monopolized the city's resources, created artificial scarcity, and exploited the working class. The adventurers must overthrow the Corporatocracy, restore power to the people, and ensure a fair distribution of wealth.

Setting

Gearford is a sprawling metropolis nestled in the heart of a mountain range. It is known for its intricate clockwork machinery and innovative technology. The city is divided into several districts, each controlled by a different guild. The adventurers will navigate the treacherous streets of Gearford, facing off against the Corporatocracy's enforcers and uncovering the secrets of the city's machinery.

The clockwork machinery of Gearford is fueled by a rare and valuable resource: the Golden Cog, a magical gear that never rusts or wears down. The Corporatocracy controls the production and distribution of the Golden Cog, using it to maintain their power and wealth.
