Coastline towns whisper of a sleeping ancient power stirring beneath the waves. The entity seeks rebirth and uses ghosts to locate sacred relics. A growing cult has taken root among fishermen, smugglers, and clerics, bending spirits to their will and painting the coast in eerie light.

Main Quest

Stop the awakening by securing four relics before the final rite during eclipse tide. Relics lie in four haunted sites:
- Lantern of Lost Days at Moonwatch Lighthouse
- Pearl of Brine in the Sunken Archive beneath Graymere Port
- Crown of Tides atop Coralspire Ruins
- Scepter of Storms in the Tidebound Shrine on Blackreef Shelf
Recover each, sever the cults ghostly puppets, and seal the rift that feeds the waking power.

Side Quests

• Free a trapped sea-ghost oracle who can foresee the next relic location


• Disrupt a smugglers ring that traffics relics to the cult


• Broker fragile truces with harbor captains, fishermen guilds, and merrow wardens

Central Events and Triggers

• The cult grows stronger as relics surface; ships vanish and reefs shift


• A lunar eclipse triggers the final rite and a storm-laden sea path to the ritual site
