Racial Features

Constructed Undeath

Your body is a fusion of preserved flesh, bone, and arcane machinery. You have resistance to poison damage, and you have Advantage on saving throws to avoid or end the Poisoned condition. You do not need to eat, drink, or breathe. You are immune to disease. You do not need to sleep, and magic cannot put you to sleep. During a Long Rest, you must remain inert for at least 6 hours to gain its benefits, though you remain aware of your surroundings.

Usage: Always active

Shock Trooper Charge

If you move at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hit it with a melee attack on the same turn, you can force that creature to make a Strength saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Constitution modifier, your choice). On a failed save, the creature is pushed 10 feet away from you or knocked Prone (your choice).

Usage: Once per turn

Necrotic Core

A well of stagnant necrotic energy powers your form. When you hit with an unarmed strike or a simple melee weapon, you can deal an extra 1d4 necrotic damage. This extra damage increases to 1d6 at character level 11. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Usage: Proficiency bonus times per Long Rest

Deathless Fortitude

When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. Once you use this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a Long Rest.

Usage: Once per Long Rest

Rules Compatibility

Primary Ruleset D&D 5.5 / SRD 5.2
Compatible Rulesets D&D 5.5 / SRD 5.2, D&D 5e / SRD 5.1
Ability Scores Flexible 5.5-style: base grants +0; each lineage grants a complete +3 package (+2/+1) so every playable combination totals exactly +3 with no score above +2.
Balance Notes Comparable to Warforged or Reborn with modest offensive riders. Base traits focus on durability and limited conditional damage rather than at-will flight, heavy armor stacking, or broad spellcasting. Subrace features are narrow and non-overlapping in high-impact combat roles.
