This grotesque half-mask, crafted from twisted leather and adorned with the jagged teeth of tormented souls, allows the wearer to harness the chaotic laughter of Gigglecrush Bug. When worn, the mask grants the wearer advantage on Performance checks and the ability to cast the spell Tasha's Hideous Laughter once per day without expending a spell slot. However, the wearer must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw whenever they use the mask's abilities or suffer from the effects of Confusion for 1 minute. The wearer also finds their sense of humor tainted; all jokes made while wearing the mask are likely to offend or disturb, causing disadvantage on Persuasion checks when interacting with others.
