Scale of the Sea Dragon

A magical scale shed by a powerful Sea Dragon, this item can be worn as a necklace. While wearing the Scale of the Sea Dragon, you gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed and can breathe underwater. Additionally, you can cast the spell 'Water Breathing' on yourself as a bonus action, without using a spell slot, once per long rest. The scale shimmers with blue and green hues, and grants you advantage on saving throws against effects that would cause you to be grappled or restrained in water. If you fall into the ocean or another large body of water, the scale automatically activates a protective fog cloud, providing you with advantage on any check to escape from hostile creatures in the water for one minute.
