Spectral Shard of Skybone

This translucent shard echoes with the mournful whispers of lost souls. When held, it allows the user to cast Mage Hand at will. Additionally, once per long rest, the user can enhance their Mage Hand casting, allowing it to manipulate objects and potentially frighten an adversary (DC 13 Wisdom save or be frightened for 1 minute). However, for every use of the shard's enhanced ability, the user must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or gain one level of exhaustion due to the draining nature of the wraith's energy. The shard bears a faint chill that can be sensed by living beings, peering into the wearer’s soul and hinting at their darkest thoughts, thus giving them disadvantage on Charisma checks made against those who sense this aura.
