When worn, it provides the user with a +1 bonus to Wisdom saving throws and the ability to cast the Guiding Bolt spell once per long rest without the need for material components. However, the talisman is attuned to the light of Lunia, and any creature with evil alignment that attunes to it must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or suffer disadvantage on all attack rolls while attuned. The talisman is a cherished relic crafted by Barachiel himself, imbued with the essence of the celestial realm. However, this connection to Barachiel means that a constant, soft light emanates from the talisman, making stealth difficult. Additionally, the talisman involuntarily recharges itself with the light of the moon and can only be removed during a lunar eclipse, representing the celestial's ties to the moon and the balance of light and dark.
