Mindshatter Pendant

This eerie pendant is crafted in the shape of an eye surrounded by writhing tentacles. While wearing the Mindshatter Pendant, you gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed. Additionally, once per long rest, you can use a bonus action to unleash a wave of psychic energy in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw, taking 3d8 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. For one minute following this activation, you gain resistance to psychic damage and can add your proficiency bonus to your Intelligence saving throws.
