This shimmering piece of translucent skin seems to pulse with an organic rhythm when held. It grants you advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks while in dim light or darkness. However, the user must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be afflicted with a mild form of hallucination (your vision blurs with the luminous colors of the shard, causing disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws) for 1 hour after attunement. Anay Walawalkar likely created this shard from its own skin as a means of escape, shedding it for concealment when cornered. Due to the entity's nature, anyone who uses it too often may find themselves slipping further into the odd and bewildering perceptions of the Aberration's perceptions of reality, leading to momentary forgetfulness of their own identity.
