Glimmering Ocular Prism

This small, multifaceted crystal orb shimmers with a hue that constantly shifts and changes. While attuned to the Glimmering Ocular Prism, the user gains darkvision out to 60 feet. Furthermore, once per short rest, the user can use an action to cast the 'Mind Sliver' cantrip (Intelligence save, 1d6 psychic damage, and disadvantage on the next saving throw). Additionally, the user has advantage on saving throws against being frightened while holding the prism. If the user succeeds on a saving throw against a spell that targets their mind or senses, they may choose to reflect the effect back at the caster, requiring that caster to make the original saving throw against the spell’s DC.
