However, after the effect ends, the creature must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become plagued with clumsiness, suffering disadvantage on Dexterity checks for the next hour. The Cookie Wizard created these crystals by infusing leftover magical cookie dough with arcane energies, mixing the sweetness of confection with the precision of mechanics. The whimsical nature of the cookies reflects the playful yet erratic personality of their creator, leading to unpredictable results that can either enhance or hinder.
