While wearing the Threefold Amulet of the Behemoth, the user gains the following benefits: 1. You can use your action to cast the Detect Thoughts spell (save DC 13) once per long rest. 2. As a reaction, when you take damage, you can choose to gain resistance to one type of damage (acid, psychic, or necrotic) until the start of your next turn. 3. Once per long rest, when you roll initiative, you can choose to roll an additional d6. If you do, add the number rolled to your initiative count.
