Grathok

Grathok is a towering half-giant who has always felt like an outsider. Born from the union of a giant and a human, Grathok possesses incredible physical prowess and a vast array of hidden abilities. However, a great fear has kept him from embracing his true potential - the fear of vulnerability and exposure. He has crafted his life in the wilderness, far from human civilization, living as a hermit in a secluded cave, away from prying eyes. Grathok has vast knowledge of the natural world yet rarely shares it, fearing that if people discover his immense power, they would either seek to use him for their benefit or fear him as a monster.

Despite his intimidating appearance, Grathok has a kind heart and considers friendship to be the greatest treasure. His few friends, all lost in the chaos of battle or misunderstanding, are the only ones that can reach his heart. When he is pushed to the brink, he has the potential to unleash his abilities in sheer desperation, often when his friends are endangered. In these rare moments, his buried powers rise to the surface. Grathok is determined to protect his friends, even at the risk of losing his own secrecy. Torn between the desire to live as a normal creature and his natural gifts, he resides in solitude, hoping that one day he might find the courage to reveal himself without losing everything he holds dear.
