Shaun *Snow* is a unique blend of half-snake demon and half-winter Eladrin Elf, a testament to his tumultuous heritage. Born into a world that shunned his existence, Shaun was ousted from his village at the tender age of five or six by a zealous priest named Father Elrik, who saw him as an abomination. His mother, a winter Eladrin named Liora, tried in vain to reason with the priest, but their pleas fell on deaf ears. Left to wander, Shaun spent the next two to three years in relentless search of his mother, driven by a deep-seated need for connection and belonging. However, his efforts were fruitless, and he eventually retreated to a secluded cave, where he has spent the last fifteen years, still holding onto the slim hope of reuniting with Liora.

Shaun's appearance is as striking as his story. His right eye, a deep purple, bears the hidden mark of a spider-shaped 'find familiar' spell symbol concealed beneath a black eyepatch. His left eye, a vivid red, features a slit pupil reminiscent of his snake heritage. To further mask his demonic features, Shaun wears a black half-face mask that hides his snake-like snout and mouth. His attire is simple yet functional: a black long-sleeve shirt and crudely sewn leather pants. His long snake-like tail is cleverly concealed, wrapped around his waist like a belt, a constant reminder of the part of him he must hide from the world.

Despite the hardships, Shaun has developed a quirky habit of talking to the spiders that occasionally visit his cave, believing them to be messengers from his mother. This connection to the arachnids, coupled with his relentless search, keeps his spirit alive, though the world outside remains hostile and unforgiving. His journey is fraught with the ongoing conflict of acceptance, as he grapples with his dual nature and the prejudices of those around him. Yet, Shaun persists, driven by the faint hope of finding Liora and, perhaps, a place where he can truly belong.
