Overview

In Harmonia, music is the Weave’s lifeblood. Spells require songs, wards hum to scales, and cities rise with performances. During the Moonwell Festival, a sudden silence steals melodies, severing protections and inviting dangerous entities into the world.

Setting

City-states and floating isles linked by soundlines. The heroes arrive in Lirael, seat of the Conservatory, the Nebular Opera, and the Sunken Theater. Factions include the Guild of Tuners and the Discord Cult, each with its own voice and motive.

Main Quest

Recover four Key Signatures—ancient musical glyphs hidden in perilous locales: the Caverns of Echoing Stones, the Brass Observatory in the Clouds, the Crystalline Forest, and the Sunken Theater. Uniting them at the Echo Gate will restore the Weave and avert a cataclysmic Cacophony.

Plot Twist

The Maestro intends to rewrite history by forcing the final chord to end the world as-is. The Notes of the Weave are alive; one PC bears a living Note—an echo of a mentor or a future self. Either seal or unleash that Note, and the party's fate bends accordingly.
