Windcutter Archer
Windcutter Archers are the lightning-fast mounted marksmen of the great steppes. Tattooed by storm and sand, they ride with the wind at their backs, loosing arrows so precise they seem guided by fate. They serve as skirmishers and scouts, never holding ground but always striking fear in the heart of slower armies.

Parthian Shot
Draw and fire an arrow while riding away from your foe.
Split Arrow
Fire a special arrow that splits into two projectiles mid-flight, targeting two creatures within range.
Longbow or Shortbow
Ricochet Shot
Bounce an arrow off a surface to strike a target around cover.
Wind Barrier Arrow
Fire an arrow that bursts into a wall of wind (5 ft thick, length equal to range). The barrier grants full cover to creatures behind it.
Wind Bridge Arrow
Fire an arrow that creates a 20-foot long, 3-foot wide wind bridge in mid-air, solid enough to walk on until your next turn.
Homing Arrow
Your arrow curves mid-flight to strike a target you can see even if it moves out of cover.
Multi-Shot
Fire two arrows in quick succession at two different targets within range.
Ability to attack twice
Curved Arrow
Bend your shot around a friendly target to hit a foe you can’t see directly.
Projectile Deflection
Use your reaction and spend 1 charge to deflect a ranged weapon attack aimed at you or an ally within 10 feet.
Evasive Maneuver
Spend 1 charge to move up to half your speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Storm of Arrows
Spend 4 charges to rain 20 arrows in a 30-foot radius centered on you (4d6 piercing, Dex save half).
Gale Arrow
Fire an arrow that knocks targets back 10 feet on hit (Str save negates).
Cyclone Carriage
Your mount is surrounded by whirling winds. Melee attackers take 1d6 slashing damage when they strike you or your mount.
Arrowstorm Finale
Spend 6 charges to fire 6 arrows simultaneously at one target. Each arrow deals 1d8 piercing damage (no save).

Tempest Aura
A swirling aura of wind surrounds you and your mount.
+10 ft movement speed to allies, disadvantage on ranged attacks against you and your mount

Level 3A loyal mount attuned to your will.

Charge (adds +2 to damage on a Dash-attack), Obedient (acts on your initiative)
