Meeting Initiation (Level 1)

You learn to weave the fabric of time into mundane conferences. You gain two Meeting Mandates, which you can expend to fuel your martial abilities.

Summoning Proficiency (Level 2)

Your proficiency bonus applies to any saving throw DC for your meeting-based effects and to Charisma checks made to call attendees.

Bureaucratic Resilience (Level 6)

Starting at 6th level, you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, frightened, paralyzed, or stunned by effects you create.

Endless Agenda (Level 10)

At 10th level, you can maintain two active Discussion Portals or a portal and one other summoned effect simultaneously.

Protocol Mastery (Level 14)

At 14th level, your summoned meetings impose no fatigue on you. Additionally, when an enemy fails a save against your meeting effects, you regain one spent Meeting Mandate.

Meeting Storm (Level 18)

At 18th level, you unleash the Ultimate Summoning. Over 1d6 days, you automatically summon back-to-back conferences. Each night you regain all expended Meeting Mandates and creatures in range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency + your Charisma modifier) or become Stunned until the storm ends.
