Ravensworn
Ravensworn are the Raven Queen's zealous hunters — priests and reavers who walk the Borderlands between life and death. They track those who would steal extra years from the living or barter away souls, and bring the Queen's uncompromising judgment upon them. They are solemn, single-minded, and uncanny in their calm — as comfortable in a funeral hall as on a battlefield in the Shadowfell.

Martial Abilities
Mark of the Raven
You mark a creature who has cheated or stolen life from death. As a bonus action you can mark one creature you can see within 60 feet that you can perceive to have evaded death (DM determines eligible targets). A marked creature sheds dim black feathers visible only to you and those you grant sight to. You deal an additional 1d6 necrotic damage to a marked creature when you hit it with an attack. The mark lasts until removed by you, the target dies, or 24 hours pass.
Umbral Step
You step through shadow to close with or flee from your quarry. As a bonus action, spend 1 Omen Point to teleport up to 30 feet to a space in dim light or darkness that you can see. If you land within 5 feet of a creature marked by you, your first attack that turn deals an additional 1d8 necrotic damage.
Death's Grasp
When a creature you can see within 30 feet fails a death saving throw or is reduced to 0 and you wish to claim it, you may use your reaction and spend 1 Omen Point to attempt to bind the fleeing soul. The target makes a Charisma saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier). On a failure the creature's soul is held for 1 minute: it cannot be raised by any means and cannot leave the body; on a success the soul rebels and cannot be bound for 24 hours.
Shade Strike
You make a melee weapon attack imbued with shadow. On hit, the strike deals an extra 1d8 necrotic damage. If the target is marked, spend 1 Omen Point to instead deal 2d8 necrotic and reduce the target's speed by 10 feet until the end of your next turn.
Must be wielding a melee weapon
Requiem Shot
You fire a bolt of raven-sorrow at a marked creature within 120 feet. As an action make a ranged weapon attack; on a hit the attack deals normal weapon damage plus 2d6 necrotic. If the target would be reduced below half its HP by this attack and is marked, you may spend 1 Omen Point to force it to make a Wisdom save (DC = 8 + proficiency + Cha mod) or be frightened for 1 round.
Soul Tether
You attempt to bind a target to you. As an action make a melee or ranged spell attack (uses your attack bonus) to latch a tether of shadow to a creature within 30 feet. On a hit the creature is tethered: it takes 1d6 necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns and cannot willingly move more than 30 feet away from you while the tether exists. You may spend 1 Omen Point to restrain the creature instead (Wisdom save negates). The tether lasts for up to 1 minute or until you end it.
Warding of the Quiet
When a creature marked by you dies within 30 feet, you may spend 1 Omen Point as a reaction to grant an allied creature within the same radius temporary hit points equal to your Ravensworn level + your Charisma modifier.
Raven's Reaper
You strike with the inevitability of the Raven Queen. As an action spend 3 Omen Points to make a single melee attack against a creature you can see within 10 feet. On a hit the attack deals 4d10 necrotic damage plus your weapon damage. If the attack drops the target to 0, its corpse cannot be raised by any spell of 6th level or lower for 24 hours.
Final Benediction
When a marked creature below 30% of its hit points would be healed above 0 by magical means, you may use your reaction and spend 4 Omen Points to convert that healing into necrotic damage instead and attempt to slay it: the creature makes a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + proficiency + Cha mod). On a failure it takes the converted damage and must make a death saving throw at disadvantage; on a success it takes half and is not at disadvantage. If this reduces the creature to 0, you may demand it cannot be raised without your permission for 7 days.
